Pre-Fabricated Homes

35 houses designed in series of different types yet maintaining similar characteristics, such as: extended roofs, terraces and
front compositions. This approach makes it possible to have a system of pre-fab structures. In order to achieve the final result an
investigation of different perspectives done with pre-fab concrete was started in the early planning phase. These low-rise houses
can be used as a pilot-project to revive the once existing prefab construction in Suriname.
