A mixed-use space where activities such as: eating, shopping and working are happening simultaneously. The center of the
business space is the pastry, combined with the outdoor grillhouse and fresh fruit juice booth. Those three elements are brought
together on a plaza that doubles as a foodcourt. Round outside terrace creates a safe shelter from vehicle traffic at the
Wilhelminastraat making it a relaxed environment to enjoy a meal. The plaza is elevated from the ground level, giving visitors a new
experience when entering. To maximize the potential of the location, programs such as: restaurant, commercial units, storage
space and offices, are incorporated. The plaza, garden and building structure work as one free flowing space that blurrs the line
between the exterior and interior.
